ERA Solito Real Estate, a division of SOLITO Trust & Management N.V. was established in 1993 by local investors who wished to further promote the real estate business in Aruba along with the development of housing and commercial projects. After 10 (ten) years of operating on a low-key level, management decided to expand its operations in 2003 and in 2004 the company boosted its activities.Since then ERA Solito Real Estate has been visible in the market and became a reputable real estate company in Aruba. Our slogan “We make no promises but care about our clients” is the base of the company’s success. Each client or potential client receives personal attention and is taken care of in the best possible way. This allows them to realize their dream of not only owning their own home in Aruba but also selling their property at a reasonable price.
ERA Solito Real Estate recently affiliated itself to the Worldwide Real Estate Network ERA, who has presence in 48 countries worldwide. The company consists of a local management and staff that have great knowledge of the Aruban market and the local culture. The team is also well aware of and can properly inform their clients on both legal and financial requirements to be met in order to purchase a property in Aruba. Currently, ERA Solito Real Estate has over 80 homes, 50 property lands and more than 30 commercial properties listed. Most of the properties listed with ERA Solito Real Estate are exclusive.
